Presentation

​

You must conform to the presentation template supplied on the conference website. On the day of your session, you can bring your presentation on a USB Key – stick.

 

Briefing

​

On the day of your presentation, the chair of the session will approach you to discuss the particulars of your presentation. This will provide the opportunity for the chairman, the technician, and other speakers of your session to discuss last-minute details.

The conference language is English only.

Authors must be able to meet their own expenses and conference fee.
